New to the Shop

This week has been a crazy week. In addition to the everyday load, home schooling my son, fulfilling custom orders, fighting with the post office over why one of my items is stuck in a bulk rate mail center when it was shipped Priority Mail and is NOT bulk rate mail (jerks), I also have my "Woody's Place ~ Senior German Shepherd Sanctuary up and running and have our very first customer! (See pic below)

In my spare time (lol) I was able to kick out one new decorative slate  this week. It's my Welcome to My Pad slate. Frog lovers pay attention!!!  This slate measures 7 x 9 but of course can be done in other sizes as well. It is sealed for protection, so if it gets hung outside the paint won't fad, and can easily be turned into a lawn and garden slate holder (see my wrought iron lawn and garden slate holders, which are sold separately.

And here is the new girl, whom at 12 years old landed in a shelter for being "too much responsibility" :( She's an absolute sweetheart!!

Slates. Slates. Slates, and more slates. Here are four new slates I just put in the store. Tell Me what you think.
Spring is right around the corner, so lets get hopping! www.pipberrytree.etsy.com *www.PipBerryTree.artfire.com

It's finished! This is the "God Bless America" Slate from the tutorial I posted.

Don't they look happy? This is my "Happy Flowers" slate...just in time for spring.

Hee! Hee! If you work or have worked in an office then you know a sense of humor is a MUST.

New Item In Today ~ Hand Painted, Personalized Name and Address Slate

Hello.

I've been a little quite and have not been producing that much because last Friday I had to say goodbye to my beautiful 13 year old German Shepherd, Woody. Woody was one of those pups that no matter who met him they liked him instantly. He was my best friend, who was always with me at home, at work, and at play. He was one of a kind, and I feel blessed to have been graced by his presence. RIP Woody....my friend, my companion....someday we will be together again.

Today I just listed a new item on my Etsy and Artfire stores.  It is a Personalized Name and Address Hand Painted Slate. Nothing beats trying to find a house and not seeing an address anywhere. My slate can help not only identify your home as yours but it also adds a nice touch to the outside of your home. And if not for your home then as a gift for a friend or family member ;) This listing is for two numbers, listings with more numbers will follow, but can be ordered off of this listing for a different price. Letters and numbers come in Black, green, red, and blue. See listing for details.

Mornin' Sunshine!

Boy I could use some sunshine. It's been cloudy, snowy, and FREEZING here in NEPA, and too boot, I have tooth that needs to come out....1pm on Wednesday can't get here quick enough.

If you could use a little sunshine, I can't control the weather, but I can offer this Mornin' Sunshine slate that is new to my shop today. It measures 3 x 5" and is sealed for protection if by some chance it gets hung outdoors.

Well off to get the little whipper snapper up for school. Enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by.
